• The school reserves the right to accept or refuse admission without assigning any reason.
• The academic year commences in August and concludes in July of the following year.
• Fees are calculated for the entire academic year and are collected on a bi-monthly basis. However, the school may revise the instalment schedule if necessary.
• In the event of a withdrawal, dues for the entire academic term must be cleared.
• The school reserves the right to review and increase the monthly school fees in accordance with its policies.
• The school reserves the right to prescribe the syllabus, curriculum, course books, and all other teaching materials.
• Admission may be cancelled in cases of misconduct or any activity that negatively affects the reputation of the school.
• To ensure the privacy of students and staff, unauthorized audio/video recording or photography, and its distribution within or outside school premises, is strictly prohibited.
• The school reserves the right to suspend or expel students on grounds of indiscipline.
• In case fees or arrears remain unpaid for more than two consecutive months, automatic withdrawal of the student will be initiated.
• A written notice of two months is required to be eligible for a refund of the security deposit.
• The school will provide a timeframe of at least three months for the collection of the school leaving certificate and security deposit.
• For students seeking readmission, the prevailing admission and security fees at the time of readmission shall apply.
• The school leaving certificate and security deposit will only be issued after the clearance or adjustment of all pending dues.
• Parents/guardians are solely responsible for the timely and safe pick-up and drop-off of their child(ren).

• Two recent passport-sized photographs of the child.
• Copies of the National Identity Cards (NIC) of both parents and/or the guardian (for Pakistani nationals).
• Copies of the first two pages of the passport of both parents and/or the guardian (for foreign nationals).
• A copy of the child's birth certificate (for Pakistani nationals only).
• A copy of the applicant’s most recent school report.
• Court orders in cases of legal guardianship and/or custody arrangements for children of single parents.
• Any past or current medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of registration, along with complete medical records.

Note: If, based on the entrance test and interview, the applicant is not found academically suitable for the class applied for, the school reserves the right to consider placement in the same or another class at the sole discretion of the School Head.
